I'm at school now, in Food Court 4 waiting for Tracy & SM to get their food. So I decided to blog a short post!I am happily amazed that we could find seats in less then 5 minutes. :D
Cause if there's one problem about my school, it's the lack of Food Courts.
They should really build more Foodcourts, just 2 more would be good.
Almost everyone's lessons end at 11, 12 or 1 for lunch break. It's sometimes so crowded even 6 FC's isn't enough! ._.
& even worse, some people don't even care. They just sit there play cards in huge groups, or play their laptops after their meal. C'MON, what if you were the ones finding seats?
Don't you feel like breaking the inconsiderates' necks? Well, I do.
On the other hand, I can say I'm adjusting somewhat to school. Favourite class so far would be drawing (: It's really fun, and I love it.
Okay, they're back.

It's 12.40am, and after this entry I shall go take a needed shower.I'm going to blog about my Orientation from this Monday till yesterday, so if you don't wanna hear about my mundane life stories, skip this.

MONDAY, I woke up at 11am or so since the event starts at 1pm. I got up and got ready, finished just in time to head out to Dover. Once seated in the auditiorium(where we were supposed to gather), I turned to the girl on my right and started to introduce myself.
The faster you introduce yourself the less awkward it will be-- plus, this way easier to make friends and get to know more people :D
So then, I got to meet Shannon.
After the talk and stuff(the emcees were hilarious), we went for the break-- buffet outside! :D
albeit standing up. I got to meet another guy, Shannon's friend. I forgot his name, since we only talked once. Went back in, and tried to find our previous seats because we thought we were supposed to sit back there. I found my seat by noticing the two TEENAGE magazines I chucked underneath the seat :D
There was a gap on my left, previously filled up by a guy. But when I look my seat, it was empty.
" Hmm, that guy must not be back yet... "
I thought to myself. I saw the guy two spaces to my left, and eh... he was not the guy who was seated BESIDE the guy beside me previously.
I shrugged it off-- maybe they were friends and switched places or something.
But when the events and stuff started, no one sat on my left... I was like, whatever then. The guy must have sat somewhere esle...
Then the talk went on and on and blahbkagbagasyhdw, then it ended and I met up with CF after exchanging numbers with Shannon.
TUESDAY, I was epicly late. I had agreed with Shannon and JL(met her at pre-enrollment meeting) to meet 8.50am at the bridge since the thing starts at 9am. I only woke up when Shannon called me, asking where was I. I had a bubble of hysteria in my throat as I asked what time was it.
" 9. " She told me.
I freaked out for a second, then went into my: " Meeeeh -_- " mode.
I toold them to go first, hung up, then contemplated whether I should go. In the end, I thought I should because if I wanna see this through and see it through completely. ._.
I SMS'ed them that I'll meet them for Lunch break, then for the tour of SPGG/Games.
I arrived there right when they were dismissed. & surprisingly, joining us was Desmond, the guy who was sitting a gap on my left during Monday. Talk talk talked, then went for Lunch at Food Court 4, blajhsdwuedgw.
Exchanged MSN ablahbalshdd.
I was in Class 01, so I was separated from them. I met Tracy :D She's fun to talk to, very cute.
Then when we went for Games, it was only me Shan & JL. It was freakinjg boring and hot but we won second place-- a highlighter. -_-
They gave us all a highlighter in the enrollment pack and here's another one. Are we even going to be highlighting much since we'll be using laptops?!
WEDNESDAY, SPICE training(aka Laptop training). I was 30 minutes late and asked Shan, Tracy & JL to go in first LOL. I think I don't even have to try meeting them at the bridge anymore -_- I seem to be always late.
Then blahblahbalh, boring lecture about SPICE and Laptops and the SP Library... oh, and about the Flag Day the next day-- all Freshies supposed to participate ._.
THURSDAY, flag day.
JL, Shan and me were late for 50 minutes ;P Desmond was waiting for us when we got there.
He was already collecting coins from people at Dhoby Ghaut MRT. We went to Macs since they havent taken breakfast-- I haven't had mine either but I didn't felt hungry, just tired.
Then, we started to work. But shit man, there were SP students EVERYWHERE in DG. Got some china foreigners also walk past and scolded me when I asked for donations:
" YOU ALL CROWDED IN THE SAME PLACE, DONATE ONCE KEEP ASKING US AGAIN. VERY BAD. " -- rough translation.
Desmond said: " Don't care them lah, they don't donate lah! Not happy then don't donate lor. "
): Got scolded. But whatever lah, bound to get rejections.
& boy, did I get rejections that day -_-
Countless.
We bused down to Orchard and stood outside Wisma, asking for Donations.
I was super lor, I kept smiling and going: " Hello good morning! Would you like to donate? "
Pfft, they resisted my advances. HELLO, I WAS OOZING CHARM LOR.
How can I be resistable?!
We rested again at Wisma's Foodcourt. JL and Shan decided to stay behind while Des and me went to work again. Eh, actually I feel like it's quite fun ;x LOL, though tiring.
I'm glad I went back to work again though, because one cauasian and his family donated 15 bucks. ._. so freaking generous. I asked, and he was smiling and went: " Sure! "
And his daughter was sooo cute, I asked her if she wants a sticker, she said YES!
& I gave her two :D Still remember her name, Lily. :D
In the end we went back and counted our amounts-- I got 25 dollars o_o
Ibrahim, who was sitting behind us collected 127++ DOLLARS WTH.
That guy stood there from 8am to 12pm, not stopping at all.
Powerful.
In the end, JL went home first, then Shannon had to stay and wait for her friends since they're attending the SP party. I didn't wanna go -_- So tiring, and CF is not going anyway so I'll prolly just go there to eat. I rather go home ;P
I took the MRT back with Desmond since he alights as CCK.
We chatted, and it trained from L4D all the way to Orientation on Monday(day 1).
I mentioned that he was the guy who left a gap beside me, and he was like: " OHHH, YOU'RE THAT GIRL WHO LEFT THE GAP BESIDE ME AH!? "
Then he told me he felt like, awkward and sad when I left a space beside him. It's like, he doesn't know anyone there and suddenly I don't wanna sit beside him... like he got AIDS or something.
I FELT SO BAD LOR.
I told him that I didn't know what! I thought someone esle was going to sit there!!!
I really really felt very bad leh.
Somemore, he said he ate alone.
MADE ME FEEL EVEN WORSE.
u_u Nevermind, now he has got friends :D
After that I went home and took a well deserved break.

Lets start off with a comical story.
Last Sunday, my brother, mother and I were at Watsons. Mum was buying some essentials, and I wqas browsing around. I came across VEET-- for the girls, you should know what it is. For the benefit of the guys, it's a brand known for waxing(hair) and shaving(hair LOL). I picked up a random product, and marvelled at how they come up with such things like removing hair just by a solution and water(plus scrubing).
While I was looking, my brother who is in the process of learning how to read, was beside me and trying to pronounce the word.
" Ve..et. Veet. Veet. Jiejie, why are you buying Veet? "
" Yeah, Veet(I was giving him the OKAY sign so he knows he read it right). No lah, I'm not buying it. Just looking. "
" What does it do? "
I love how curious Children sometimes are.
" Remove the hair on your legs. "
I said, assuming that he would be repulsed and awed by the fact. But I totally wasn't mready for what he said next.
" HUH, really ah?! I WANT ALSO. See-- "
He proceeds to lift his leg up.
" I starting to grow hair too!!! "
What esle could my reaction be?
After laughing my head off, I told him that he couldn't remove the hair on his legs.
He gave me this really sad puppy doe-eyed look and asked: " Why? ): "
I laughed more. Then I told him because only men who have hair on their legs is Macho.
LOL, not that I really believe that.
Okay, maybe it does give the IMPRESSION of a strong sturdy man, but I just said that to put Marcus off the subject.
Whatever he does with his leg hair in the future is none of my business. Just, not now.

Last Saturday I went out with the Chaobuns.
We had wanted to go Karaoke, but then on the day itself we were too lazeh to go. So I decided on LANNING for us all :D
Thge two idiots were late.
Had to wait at the MRT station for them.
I bought this from the shop there to nom :D Mum bought this for us like 4 months ago I think? Verrry yummy, some kind of Japanese bun thing, in CARAMEL!
The chocolate is good too.
Played L4D2 and a little bit of Team Fortress 2 before heading down to Far East.
Went to Taka just for one puff and mochi -_- , then walked again back to FE to have SLICE!
This place was introduced to me by Kouhai Nick, a it's BLOODY good.
It's a great place for dessert or a snack while shopping.
They sell Shaved Iced with toppings, for very reasonable prices too.
Plus, all the items on the menu have SUPER CUTE NAMES!

Ever since I started wearing make-up last year, loads of people have been coming up to me and giving their two-cents. Some are positive comments, and some are not-so-positive.Some of the comments about it are mainly that it was too thick. Most of the time, it came from a group of people. One of those people is my Dad. Okay lah, he is my dad after all. I can't blame him because my Mum barely LOOKS as if she wears any make-up at all. When I do, he sticks his finger out at me and go WHY SO THICK?! NATURAL IS BEST -- just because I wear some eyeliner. I don't listen to him, mostly because he is a biased person and hates the new generation changes. He prefers to live in his 20th Century world.
Whenever he does this though, my sister always defends me: " No what, okay what. "
Okay, they have their own opinions.
Maybe it's because they are used to seeing me without make-up, they can't stand the changes. They HATE changes. They liked seeing my imperfections and laugh at them whenever they can. What is wrong with me wanting to cover it up? I know my own flaws, why can't I make myself look better?
I don't wear make-up, you laugh and tease. I wear make-up, you laugh and tease.
Okay, so it's: " Nonono, I'm not saying that. I'm saying you wear too much! "
Is there a fixed rule to say how much make-up can be put on? Is there some fine line that separates JUST RIGHT and OVERLOAD? As far as I'm concerned, I don't think so. Who cares if it's too much? Does the person putting it on care? I don't think so, she's the one putting it on to show the world.
If you have nothing better to do then to judge what others do to their face, go stick your labeling finger up your ass and probe a little. Maybe a little self-loving will make you feel better.
I have too much to say on this subject, but this video has summed up most of it for me. She digresses some parts, but watch to the end. She makes a point.

In conclusion, stop judging and making stupid comments about 'fakeness' and whatever rubbish, I'm just improving myself. Is that so bad? Bad enough you want to laugh and mock and make me feel awful?
& here's one comment that i found very true from the video posted above by puddinpop12228
I hate how hypocritical guys can be. I read so many comments that guys leave saying, " I hate when women wear so much makeup, it's so unattractive, etc" yet they continue to drool over girls like Kim Kardashian who wear a ton of makeup. Come on guys, celebrities sit in makeup chairs for HOURS and they complain about us taking too long. And I highly doubt the Eva Longorias and Kim Kardashians of the world would be who they are today if they took guys advice and didnt wear makeup.
Seriously, it's similar to going: " I love vegetables, meat is so disgusting. " but goes to Macs and order a McChicken, devouring it on the spot.

Never thought I'd be one of the early goers of Universal Studios Singapore. I thought that since I'm singaporean, might as well let all the tourists flock there first and then go after the excitement dies down. But then, Jeretard SMS'ed me: " Eh, you wanna come to USS with us on 4th April? " :D Roughly like that lah, and I asked who was going. I agreed of course! In the end the date changed to 5th April, but it's alright-- both days I will be most likely doing nothing at home anyway.I was initially worried about the cost, 66 bucks wtf! T-T
It'll be worth it, I thought to myself.
But in the end, I paid nothing. NUH-THING. How come?!
Cause I have awesome friends who pay for my ticket :D Okay lah, as a belated bday present-- but still, AWESOME. Between Yasmin Mummy & Jeretard it was 33 bucks EACH. Wtf.
I always disturb Mummy, and I call Jeremy Jeretard, yet they so nice to me. T-T

Mummy & I were wondering at one point why people bring their DSLRs here, don't they feel that it's a hassle having to lunge it around? But then I just thought about it, maybe they are tourists. Because if it were me and I was traveling to another country, I would lunge my DSLR. Because, it is a very rare trip after all! Yeah, so if I didn't live in Singapore and came here for a vacation, I would bring my DSLR along. *very random and pointless*
Most of the people that I saw in USS that day were cauasians-- they have holidays meh?! How come they can come when they have no holidays! I thought their Summer Vacation not until June?! Maybe certain states or other countries have different holidays times too. Hmmm... SHIT THAT MEANS WHEN JUNE USS WILL BE FLOODED T-T
Actually, comparing between Disneyland in HK(smallest Disneyland in the World I think) and US in Singapore, I would pick Disneyland any day. Maybe I'm biased, maybe it's because of Stitch, and maybe it's because of the weather differences.
But yeah, USS was a little disappointing. The theme decors never fail to impress though I wish there were MORE rides. Two rides were closed when we were there, so maybe that too.
After USS we all headed back to Vivo, got up to the rooftop and hung around :D Surentarded, Ian, Ruben and I talked about really nonsense things. From dreams, to travels, and bullying Ruben on how he never got out of SG before and how Surentarded is a Genting boy. HAHA. Fun :D Friends who you can talk utter nonsense with are the best kind of friends you can hve :D
I had a blister on my right feet, and it was hurting like MAD, so I was really glad when my dad brought me home by car. When we were a ways away from Vivo, he asked me who went with me to USS. Once I started on Mummy's name, he was like " Yasmin got go ah?! Was she there just now?! " When I replied positive, he was all flustered and going: " Aiyoooo, you never tell me! I can bring her home what! Aiyooo. " He was going on for like 2 minutes, then asked me to call her and ask if she wants him to turn around LOL.
Mum said no need, and said to tell him that he was cute ROFL. I told him that, and he was like HUH?! Then he continued to lament and regret. 10 minutes down the PIE or JAE or whichever expressway we were going down, he suddenly said: " Eh, I'm cute leh. " Then started smiling and laughing to himself -_-
My dad is mega weird, but adorable in his own way xD

Past two days after USS been bumming around at home, resting my tired cramped legs and suffering from the flu. HOW COME FLU?! It was so bloody hot that day and I caught a COLD. -_- Illogical.
